Ingredients
1 part Sweet-Bitter Liquor, such as Aperol, Campari, Cappelletti, Lillet, or Suze
1 part Sparkling Wine, or regular white wine or rosé
1 part Soda Water
Lemon, Orange, or Grapefruit Slice for garnish
Instructions
Fill a large glass with ice.
Fill it one third of the way with a sweet-bitter liquor. From here, top with one third sparkling wine, and then top the remaining third with soda water.
Garnish with a lemon, orange, or grapefruit slice, wedge, or peel.
