Ingredients
5 lbs Yukon Gold Potatoes
1/3 cup melted Butter
2/3 cup Whole Milk
3oz Cream Cheese
Salt and Pepper
Instructions
Start boiling a large pot of water. Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut the potatoes into cubes for faster cook time.
Boil the potatoes until tender, about 20 minutes. Drain water when done.
Mix melted butter, milk and cream cheese into the pot of potatoes. Blend until creamy and mixed together.
